Right of withdrawal

Your right

You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason, counted from the day you (or a person you name, other than the carrier) receive the items.

How to exercise it

Tell us before the deadline using the form on this page (we'll email you an acknowledgement), by email to contacto@malalastore.com or by post to Avenida del Golf, 29738 Málaga. You may use the model form below, but it is not compulsory.

Effects

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 calendar days of being informed of your decision, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the items or proof of their return. You must send the items back to Avenida del Golf, 29738 Málaga (or bring them to the shop) within 14 days; return costs are yours.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to underwear or swimwear whose protective seal has been broken after delivery.
