We prepare orders on working days, usually within 24 hours, and email you the tracking number when your order ships. We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside Spain.
Exchanges and returns
- You have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return unworn items with their tags.
- Size exchanges are free. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty.
- You can also exchange or return in our El Palo shop.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days.
- For hygiene reasons, unsealed underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.
