Terms of sale
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These terms govern purchases on malalastore.com. They are available in Spanish and English; the Spanish version prevails.
1. Seller
Malala Mar SL · Tax ID B09778291 · Avenida del Golf, 29738 Málaga · contacto@malalastore.com · +34606056098
2. Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before payment.
3. How to order
Add items to your bag, check out (no account needed), accept these terms and pay on Stripe's secure page by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Bizum. The contract is concluded when you receive the confirmation email. Items are held for 30 minutes while you pay; if one sells out in our shop at the same moment, we will let you know and refund it immediately.
4. Shipping
Mainland Spain €4.95, free over €80, 1–2 working days. Balearic Islands €9.95, 3–5 working days. Free pickup at our El Palo shop. We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside Spain.
5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw without giving any reason. See the withdrawal page for details and the form.
6. Exchanges and returns (30 days)
On top of the legal right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange unworn items with their tags. Size exchanges are free; return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty. For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned once their protective seal has been broken.
7. Guarantee
Items carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity. If something arrives faulty, email contacto@malalastore.com with a photo and we will repair, replace or refund it.
8. Try-on reservations
Reserving an item to try on in the shop is free and creates no obligation to buy. We hold it for 48 hours after you confirm. You can have up to 2 active reservations.
9. Complaints
Email contacto@malalastore.com or message us on WhatsApp at +34606056098. Complaint forms are available in the shop. We are not currently part of any consumer arbitration scheme.
10. Governing law
Spanish law applies, in particular Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. Consumers may go to the courts of their place of residence.
